DRIVERS and operators from the transportation sector can now have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of Pag-IBIG Fund membership, with the recent signing of the memorandum of agreement (MOA) between the Home Development Mutual
Fund Pag-IBIG Fund and Supermalls Transport Services Inc. (STSI) the biggest terminal operator of mall-based public integrated terminals.
Under the MOA, Pag-IBIG Fund will set up service booths where drivers and operators may submit their membership applications, payment of monthly contributions, apply for loans and other related concerns. The agency has already set up booths at the terminals at SM North Edsa, SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall and SM Southmall, and at the Legazpi Grand Terminal in Albay.
