Situated at the mouth of Sorsogon’s main street, it is home to Chowking, a Cebuana Lluhillier, an M Lluhillier and a South Star Drug store. It is called St. Peter and Paul or 'Pipao' because of the giant statues of Sts. Peter and Paul inside the large, gated archways. They were made as an extension of the Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral, the largest church in Sorsogon. It sits beside Primark Sorsogon 3, which opened on July 9, 2015 with the second branch of Savemore, the first being in Primark Sorsogon 1 (also known as Sorsogon Shopping Center).
